I made these cookies for an "End of Summer" office party. I just bought some fall cutters and was excited to use them. Squirrel, acorn, leaves. But then, when it came time to fill in the details on the squirrel, I went blank. Guess I need to pay more attention to the little boogers running around the yard because those cookies need some work. So if you see me sitting outside staring off into the yard, I'm doing research. I am not just brain dead from answering the same question over and over and over to a 4 year old or trying to guess what a 1 year old wants when all she does is nod or shake her head. And nodding can mean either yes or no. Time for me to eat the squirrels that didn't make the cut with a glass of wine.
